Shipping policy

By ordering from this website you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions

Ordering

 

  1. Once you have placed an order, you have to ensure that all the information that you are providing is correct, and the information relates to you and not a third party
  2. Payment accepted on the website is by Paypal and debit/credit card

 


Delivery

 

  1. All the jewellery is shipped from the UK to you, our customer
  2. Standard UK delivery is £4.00. 
  3. We offer free standard delivery to any address within the UK to any orders £30.00 or over
  4. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, using a secure signed delivery service
  5. As soon as I have posted the item, you will receive the tracking details via an email, generated from the website
  6. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can put things right for you
  7. If a package doesn't arrive or is lost in the post, this will be investigated before a refund is issued. If the package doesn't arrive after 3 to 4 weeks after posting,  a refund will be issued 

 


Expected delivery times

 

  1. All orders are posted within 1-2 days of placing an order. If an order is urgent please contact us and we will endeavour to post the item the same or next day 
  2. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 days excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
  3. Once posted, delivery times for items ordered during busy periods could take upto 2 days longer than usual
  4. If the order doesn't arrive, please contact me, so I can have a look into it for you

 


Shipping to USA, Canada and Ireland

 

  1. If the item is posted to Ireland, USA or Canada delivery can take up to 12 days. The order is posted via a signed and tracked service
  2. If there is any customs or taxes to be paid, this is to be covered by you, the customer. N&A Accessories takes no responsibility of this
